Developed by SRM Development, Westmont at Culver City is a five-story, 134-unit senior living community designed to enhance wellness, comfort, and connectivity. The outdoor spaces—planned and executed by our expert landscape architecture team—play a central role in the project’s success. A spacious and inviting courtyard opens to a vibrant public plaza, seamlessly integrating retail amenities with community living.
This award-winning design reflects a modern take on mid-century architecture, featuring clean geometry, sustainable elements, and inclusive accessibility. In alignment with LEED v4 Homes Multifamily standards and Culver City’s Green Building Program, our work prioritizes long-term environmental stewardship while offering residents peace of mind through thoughtful design.
