The Design Studio at Landscape Development, Inc. is proud to celebrate the grand opening of Village Green Park in Clovis, a vibrant new community space within the Loma Vista neighborhood. Last week marked an exciting milestone as the park officially opened its gates to the public.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held on Saturday, July 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, brought together residents from across Clovis for a day of music, family activities, giveaways, and a free barbecue, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere for the community.
Village Green Park has evolved into a dynamic seven-acre destination designed to enhance community life. The park features an amphitheater, clock tower, food truck spaces, a water feature, open lawn areas, trellises, evening lighting, walking paths, bike racks, restrooms, drinking fountains, and a variety of seating areas that encourage gathering and connection.
The Design Studio at Landscape Development played a key role in the Construction Documentation and Administration of the project, helping refine and advance the park’s design into a cohesive, buildable plan. Through detailed planning and coordination, the team supported the evolution of the project, ensuring the design intent was carried forward into a space that could be successfully realized.
Today, the park serves as a central hub for the neighborhood, designed to host special events and provide recreational and social opportunities for residents of all ages. We are proud to have contributed to a project that will support community engagement and enjoyment for years to come.
We thank all partners and contributors who helped bring Village Green Park to life and look forward to seeing it continue to thrive as a gathering place for the Loma Vista community.
