Design Studios Landscape Development is immensely proud to announce the completion of our latest design project at The Magnolia in Long Beach. Our team, led by Principal Architects Roberto Leo and Mike McDonnell, poured creativity and dedication into this project, redefining urban living through innovative landscape architecture. The seamless integration of our design-build approach allowed us to maximize available space, especially on the rooftop, where carefully curated amenities now stand as a testament to our commitment to functional and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces.
Leo and McDonnell’s visionary leadership played a pivotal role in steering the project toward success. Their expertise in balancing form and function allowed us to create spaces that not only meet the practical needs of residents but also enhance their overall quality of life. The rooftop amenities, a focal point of our design, offer a blend of tranquility and recreation, contributing significantly to the growing urban culture of Long Beach. The completion of The Magnolia underscores our dedication to pushing the boundaries of landscape architecture, creating spaces that harmonize with the metropolitan landscape while contributing positively to the community’s well-being.
