Working in harmony with Urbal Architecture PLLC, our team has passionately crafted a landscape that complements the luxurious architecture, adding four levels of exterior spaces, crowned by three levels of rooftop amenities.

Luxury Unveiled in the Heart of Encino
Located off Ventura Boulevard, The Vered is set to welcome residents in October 2024, offering 123 assisted living and memory care residences. The project responds to the growing needs of Encino’s aging population, with 15% of Los Angeles County’s residents being over 65.
Spaces Beyond Expectations
The Vered stands out by providing spacious apartments, ranging from 650 to 800 square feet, a significant departure from the area’s average of 400 square feet. Most units boast washers and dryers, with many featuring balconies, offering residents a comfortable and upscale living environment.

Josh Johnson, CEO of Momentum Senior Living, highlights the strategic decision to meet the community’s needs for refined and relaxed senior living. The Vered aims to provide a high level of luxury, comfortable elegance, and conveniences for older adults, setting a new standard for assisted living and memory care communities in Encino.
Construction Update
Construction is currently underway, promising a six-story community that not only addresses the challenges of downsizing but also offers a secure and upscale living environment.
