In Support of Housing for All: The Housing Trust Fund of Ventura County
LDI is honored to once again support the Housing Trust Fund of Ventura County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding affordable housing across the region. By providing critical predevelopment and construction financing, the Trust Fund helps make projects possible—including many communities LDI is proud to help build.
We are excited to attend the upcoming Sixth Annual Compassion Campaign: RAISE THE ROOF — Together We Invest, held Thursday, September 4th at Walnut Grove, Tierra Rejada Farms. This inspiring event brings together public and private sector leaders to drive lasting, collaborative solutions to Ventura County’s housing crisis.

Hope Takes Root: Foster Homes in Palmdale
LDI is proud to contribute to a meaningful project in Palmdale, where actor and advocate Christian Bale recently broke ground on long-awaited foster homes—more than 16 years in the making. These homes will offer not only shelter but healing, hope, and opportunity for children in foster care. We’re honored to play a part in creating a safe foundation for youth to grow and thrive.
Fighting for a Cure: Supporting Cancer Research with Curebound
Our commitment to community also means investing in health. This year, LDI made a charitable donation to Curebound, a San Diego-based nonprofit accelerating collaborative cancer research throughout California. Curebound unites the region’s top research institutions, hospitals, and biotech leaders to push science forward in the shared pursuit of a cure.
