- We collaborate on a budget: The process begins with an initial consultation between Design Studio architects and the client. During this meeting, the client’s needs, preferences, and budget are discussed. Our designers also assess the site’s conditions, such as topography, soil quality, and existing vegetation. We craft budget-compliant concepts.
- Site Analysis and Design Development: The Design Studio conducts a thorough site analysis to gather information about your site’s features and constraints. This may include taking measurements, assessing drainage patterns, and identifying any existing structures or utilities. Based on this analysis, our landscape architects develop a conceptual design that incorporates your vision and addresses any site-specific challenges.
- Design Proposal and Approval: The conceptual design is presented to our client in the form of a design proposal. The proposal includes visual representations such as sketches, renderings, or computer-generated models to help our clients visualize the final outcome. The client reviews the proposal and provides feedback or requests revisions until the design is approved. We quickly produce detailed, exacting working drawing in a collaborative way.
- Construction Planning: Once the design is finalized, the landscape construction planning phase begins. This involves creating detailed construction plans and specifications, including materials, plant selections, irrigation plans, hardscape elements, and construction techniques. The plans may also include any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: During this phase, the designer and client work together to establish a budget for the project. The designer provides a cost estimate based on the design plans, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and any additional expenses. The budget and cost estimation are reviewed and adjusted as needed to align with the client’s financial constraints.
- Pre-Construction Preparation: Before construction begins, site preparation tasks are undertaken. This may involve clearing vegetation, removing existing structures or features, and addressing any grading or drainage issues. If required, permits and approvals are obtained from relevant authorities.
- Construction: The construction phase involves the actual implementation of the design plans. It typically includes several tasks such as excavation, grading, installation of hardscape features (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls), planting of trees and plants, installation of irrigation systems, and lighting.
- Project Management: Throughout the construction process, the landscape designer and designated project manager oversees the project to ensure that the design plans are executed properly and according to the agreed-upon specifications. They will also coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and address any unforeseen challenges that may arise. Communication is key in providing Peace of Mind to our clients.

- Project Completion and Handover: The project is considered complete when all the construction work and final touches are finished. The client is then handed over the completed landscape, along with any relevant maintenance guidelines or warranties.
