We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the landscape installation at 800 Broadway—a 40-story residential high-rise in downtown San Diego that now boasts the tallest rooftop pool and pool deck landscaping in the city.
Featured in FOX 5/KUSI, the rooftop pool and hot tub sit 480 feet in the air, offering breathtaking views of Point Loma, the Coronado Bridge, and planes arriving at Lindbergh Field. Alongside this incredible amenity, the building includes 389 residences (with 33 designated for affordable housing), a speakeasy, wellness center, game room, and terraces on both the 6th and 40th floors—all wrapped in LEED Gold-certified design excellence.
This iconic project was installed by our San Diego Construction team, led by Division Leader Dan Fatheree and Business Developer Josh Pemble, in partnership with an exceptional group of dedicated team members.
