Greg Epstein serves as the Executive Vice President of Enhanced Landscape Management (ELM), the maintenance division of Landscape Development, Inc. With more than two decades of leadership experience in landscape maintenance, operations, and business development, Greg has cultivated ELM into a highly respected brand known for quality service, strong client relationships, and a deep commitment to empowering employees.

Since joining the executive team at Landscape Development, Inc., Greg has been instrumental in driving the growth and integration of the maintenance division while preserving ELM’s unique culture. His leadership ensures continuity for clients and teams while expanding service capabilities across landscape maintenance, water management, erosion control, and landscape architecture. Greg’s strategic approach supports long-term growth while upholding the high standards and trusted service ELM is known for.

Greg is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he majored in Agricultural Science with minors in Agricultural Business and Environmental Horticultural Science. Recognized for his people-first leadership style and deep industry expertise, Greg continues to strengthen Enhanced Landscape Management’s position as a leader in professional landscape maintenance, delivering peace of mind to clients throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada.
