Ron Reitz serves as Division President of Landscape Maintenance at Landscape Development, Inc., bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in landscape operations, business growth, and client service. Since joining LDI in 2015, Ron has been instrumental in expanding Enhanced Landscape Management’s presence across California, strengthening operational performance, and developing high-performing teams dedicated to delivering unmatched service and peace of mind to our clients.

Ron’s career includes senior roles with some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including Executive Vice President at Park West Landscape, Branch Manager at The Brickman Group, Regional Franchise Advisor for U.S. Lawns, and Grounds Supervisor at Nike’s World Headquarters. His leadership training and extensive field experience strengthen his ability to guide strategy and foster a strong, people-first culture. Ron is known for his operational discipline, relationship-driven leadership style, and unwavering commitment to excellence across every property under ELM’s care.
