Tim Sokolowski

Tim Sokolowski is the Division President of Enhanced Arbor Management, the Arbor Division of Landscape Development, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience in arbor care and landscape services, Tim provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, safety, and delivering peace of mind to clients across California and Nevada.

Since joining Enhanced Arbor Management in 2020, Tim has led the continued growth of the division, ensuring science-based arbor practices, consistent service delivery, and a strong emphasis on team development. His leadership balances technical expertise with a people-first approach, supporting both client outcomes and employee success.

Prior to EAM, Tim held senior leadership roles with BrightView Tree Services and Urban Tree Care, along with earlier management positions at Valley Crest. He is a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Northridge
