Tristan Nicholls

Tristan Nicholls serves as Executive Vice President of Landscape Development, Inc., bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in large-scale landscape construction and land management. With a career rooted in hands-on fieldwork and progressive operational leadership, Tristan provides strategic oversight while maintaining a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivering high-quality landscape projects throughout Southern California.

Since joining Landscape Development, Inc. in 2002, Tristan has advanced through nearly every level of the organization—from Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager to Division President, and now Executive Vice President. His expertise spans mixed-use developments, contract management, drainage systems, scheduling, and submittals, with a strong focus on process improvement, collaboration, and disciplined execution. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding teams through complex, multi-phase projects while maintaining consistency, accountability, and client confidence.

Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Landscape Management (Land Use) from the University of Greenwich, with academic training centered on sustainable land use, long-term landscape stewardship, and planning for future development. Known for his practical leadership style, technical depth, and commitment to excellence, Tristan continues to play a key role in advancing Landscape Development, Inc.’s mission of delivering lasting value and peace of mind to its clients.
