Landscape Development, Inc. is excited to announce openings for our Summer 2025 Internship Program! With positions available in both Southern California and Northern California, we’re seeking four motivated individuals ready to explore careers in horticulture, agriculture, and construction management.
Whether you’re a student, a recent graduate, or just passionate about the industry, this full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience across multiple departments. Interns will work closely with our experienced professionals, gaining valuable insight into the landscape construction and management industry while supporting real projects that contribute to our clients’ peace of mind.
What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day operations across divisions
Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Conduct research and compile data for current initiatives
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Shadow industry leaders and gain best practices
Collaborate across departments to meet shared goals
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiasm for learning and growth
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team-focused mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Background or interest in horticulture, agriculture, or construction

Location: In-person | Southern California & Northern California
Job Type: Full-time, Summer 2025
Pay: $18 – $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
